The Hydraforce 5623400.02 (Material Number: 5623400.02) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits that demand fast response and low hysteresis. The RV12-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. This valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Notable features include non-removable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. It offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and ensures rapid, smooth responses to pressure surges while being housed in a cost-effective cavity.
