The Hydraforce 5623294 (5623294) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for high-performance hydraulic circuits requiring rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This two-stage valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the pilot relief. Once unseated, the main stage shifts to allow flow between the ports. Notably, this valve is unsuitable for cross-over relief applications. It features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid, and its hardened spool and cage ensure durability and longevity. The RV12-26X offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and delivers a smooth response to pressure surges within a cost-effective cavity design.
