The Hydraforce 5621464.M69 (5621464.M69) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning that any back pressure here will directly affect the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, as determined by the selected ratio, the valve closes to block flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
