The Hydraforce 5621441V.M180 (5621441V.M180) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, it blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning that back pressure at this port will directly affect the valve setting with a ratio of 1:1. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, the valve closes and blocks flow once again from port 2 to port 3.
