The Hydraforce 5621441V.M150 (5621441V.M150) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the UP10-31 blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports. The spring chamber venting at port 3 means that any back pressure will directly affect the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, the valve will close, thereby blocking flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
