The Hydraforce 5621441.M210 (5621441.M210) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. This model, known as the UP10-31, offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports. The valve's spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning back pressure at this port directly affects the valve setting on a 1:1 basis. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes to block flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
