The Hydraforce 5621441.M160 (5621441.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its normal state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure here will affect the valve setting directly in a 1:1 ratio. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, the valve closes again to block flow from port 2 to port 3.
