The Hydraforce 5621441.18.5 (5621441.18.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed specifically for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3, but once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber venting at port 3 means that any back pressure there will directly affect the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio. Should the pressure at port 1 drop below the established reload value, the valve automatically closes to block flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
