The Hydraforce 5621440.M130 (5621440.M130) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between ports 2 and 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure here will directly affect the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value ratio, the valve will automatically close to block flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
