The Hydraforce 5621404.M207 (5621404.M207) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the UP10-31 blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning that any back pressure here will directly and proportionally affect the valve setting. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value, the valve automatically closes, once again blocking flow from port 2 to port 3. This product features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibits springs from becoming solid, ensuring durability and reliability.
