The Hydraforce 5621404.M200 (5621404.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the UP10-31 blocks flow between port 2 and port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber venting at port 3 ensures that any back pressure directly affects the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value based on the ratio, the valve closes and blocks flow between ports. The design features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from going solid. It also offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
