The Hydraforce 5621401.M69 (5621401.M69) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the UP10-31 blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, so any back pressure here will directly affect the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve will close again, blocking flow from port 2 to port 3. The design features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibit springs from going solid. It also offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
