The Hydraforce 5621371.M160 (5621371.M160) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure level is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented through port 4, and if the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, the valve closes to block flow once again.
