The Hydraforce 5621341.M187 (5621341.M187) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports while the spring chamber vents to port 4. If pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve will close and block flow from port 2 to port 3 again. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from going solid. The hardened precision spool and cage ensure long-lasting performance, and it comes in an industry-common size for easy integration into existing systems.
