The Hydraforce 5621341.M150 (5621341.M150) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the UP10-40X blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports, while the spring chamber vents to port 4. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value ratio, the valve will close, once again blocking flow from port 2 to port 3.
