The Hydraforce 5621341.21.50 (5621341.21.50) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow between port 2 and port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 3, with the spring chamber vented to port 4. If the pressure at port 1 drops below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes, blocking flow once again from port 2 to port 3.
