The Hydraforce 5621301.M50 (5621301.M50) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the UP10-40X prevents flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to enable flow between ports 2 and 3, while the spring chamber vents to port 4. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes, blocking flow from port 2 to port 3 once again. Notably, adjustments on this valve are designed not to be backed out and prevent springs from going solid. The hardened precision spool and cage contribute to its durability and long lifespan.
