The Hydraforce 5621301.M190 (5621301.M190) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the UP10-40X blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3 while venting the spring chamber to port 4. If the pressure at port 1 decreases below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes again, blocking flow between these ports. This design ensures precision and reliability by incorporating hardened precision spools and cages for extended durability.
