The Hydraforce 5620506 (5620506) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type hydraulic sequence valve. This model, known as the PS10-36X, is designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 in its steady state while maintaining the spring chamber drained at port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to allow flow from port 1 to port 2 and remains open until circuit pressure drops below the set threshold. The back pressure on port 3 influences the spring setting value. Notable features include non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi). The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage to ensure long life and reliability, fitting into industry-common sizes for ease of integration into various systems.
