The Hydraforce 5619003 (5619003) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It provides fast response to load changes and is ideal for hydraulic circuits that require low internal leakage. This product is recommended for existing and new applications; however, it should be noted that the RVD58-20 model is considered a best-in-class relief valve that can functionally replace this model in most applications. The RV10-20X is not recommended for crossover applications when using the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version.
