The Hydraforce 5617438.05 (5617438.05) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic sequence valve, known as the PS10-30X. This valve is designed to manage flow direction to a secondary circuit once a specific pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS10-30X blocks flow at port 1 while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. When the pre-set pressure at port 1 is achieved, it shifts to open port 1 to port 2 and closes port 3. Key features include non-back-out adjustments and adjustments that prevent springs from solidifying, ensuring reliable performance. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi), and its hardened spool and cage enhance durability for extended service life. Its industry-common size makes it versatile for various applications requiring precise hydraulic control under specific pressure conditions.
