The Hydraforce 5616911.M50 (5616911.M50) is a spool-type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for effective pressure regulation in secondary circuits. This valve features an internal pilot and spring chamber drain, allowing it to operate efficiently by maintaining a steady flow between port 2 and port 1. The PR12-36X model ensures that when a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict the inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Notably, tank pressure is additive to the regulated pressure in this system. Key features include non-reversible adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi), making it versatile for various applications requiring precise pressure control.
