The Hydraforce 5616911.05 (5616911.05) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. Known as the PR12-36X, this valve facilitates bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1 in its steady state, with a constant drain in the spring chamber at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. The valve features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). This design ensures stable and reliable operation in applications requiring precise pressure control within hydraulic systems.
