The Hydraforce 5616202 (5616202) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed specifically for secondary circuit pressure regulation. Known as the PR10-32X, this valve features an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain, making it suitable for stable input flow circuits. In its steady state, the PR10-32X allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, regulating the pressure effectively at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at a variable value above the set reducing pressure. This model includes features such as non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and offers optional spring ranges up to 145 bar (2100 psi).
