The Hydraforce 5616001V (5616001V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain, making it ideal for pressure regulation in secondary circuits with stable input flow. In its normal state, the PR10-32X valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while keeping the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. When a pre-determined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at variable values over the set reducing pressure. The design includes adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibits springs from going solid, ensuring reliable operation.
