The Hydraforce 5615206.M100 (5615206.M100) is a spool type, pilot operated, hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to regulate pressure in secondary circuits. This model features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain. In its normal state, the PR50-36XX valve permits bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1, while maintaining a constant drain from the spring chamber at port 3. Once a set pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to limit the inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, this valve can relieve excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 when necessary. Notable features include non-removable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), ensuring versatile application capabilities.
