The Hydraforce 5615014 (5615014) is a spool type, pilot operated, hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. This valve features an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain, allowing flow to pass bidirectionally from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state. The spring chamber is continuously drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, the valve can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. Notably, adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, preventing springs from going solid, and it offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). The construction includes a hardened spool and cage for extended durability and fits an industry-common size. Port 2 may also be protected by a 60 mesh, 250-micron rated screen with option S for added reliability.
