The Hydraforce 5614903 (5614903) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed specifically for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. It allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state while maintaining constant drainage at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value set above the reducing pressure. The valve is equipped with features that prevent adjustment backing out and prohibit springs from going solid. Optional spring ranges are available up to 227.5 bar (3300 psi).
