The Hydraforce 5614901P (5614901P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, designed specifically for regulating pressure in secondary circuits. The valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 when in its steady state, with the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block the flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 over a variable value above the set reducing pressure.
