The Hydraforce 5614500P (5614500P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is specifically designed to serve as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits in hydraulic systems with stable input flow. In its steady state, the PRES50-30 model allows bidirectional flow from port 3 to port 2 while maintaining a constant drain at port 1. When the set pressure at port 2 is reached, the valve shifts to block flow at port 3, thereby regulating the pressure at port 2. Additionally, it can relieve excess pressure from port 2 to port 1 over the set reducing pressure. Notably, the tank port pressure adds to the valve setting at a ratio of 1:1. This model features a high-pressure steel adapter on inlet port 3 that can withstand up to 345 bar (5000 psi), and it uses a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and long service life.
