The Hydraforce 5613715V (5613715V) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot operated relief valve with a reverse free flow check valve. It is designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, low pressure override, and reverse free flow capabilities. The RV10-28X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a sufficient level. Once this threshold is met, the relief flow path opens from port 1 to port 2. Additionally, the valve allows reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the pressure at port 2 exceeds that at port 1. This product offers a variety of adjustment options which cannot be backed out of the valve and can operate in either relief valve mode or check valve mode.
