The Hydraforce RV10-28A-0-N-35 (5613700) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated relief valve with a reverse free flow check valve. It is specifically designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require features like fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, and low pressure override. The valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a sufficient level, allowing relief flow from port 1 to port 2. Additionally, reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 occurs when the pressure at port 2 exceeds the pressure at port 1. This model offers various adjustment options that cannot be backed out of the valve and can operate in either relief or check valve mode. It supports several pressure ranges with hardened spool and cage for long-lasting performance. The RV10-28A-0-N-35 has a pressure rating of up to 289.6 bar (4200 psi), proof pressure of 620.5 bar (9000 psi), and burst pressure of 1241.1 bar (18000 psi). The adjustable pressure range is between 13.8 to 289.6 bar (200 to 4200 psi), with crack pressure defined at a flow rate of 7.6 lpm (2 gpm). The reseat pressure is nominally set at 90% of the crack pressure, while crack pressure for check valve mode is set at 2.1 bar (30 psi). Flow rating from port 1 to port 2 is up to 113.6 lpm (30 gpm) with maximum internal leakage not exceeding 0.53 ml/min. This relief valve can operate under fluid temperatures ranging from -40 to +100 \u00b0C with Buna N seals and up to +204 \u00b0C with fluorocarbon seals, suitable for mineral-based or synthetic fluids within a viscosity range of 7.4 to 420 cSt. Installation requires torque specifications between 33.9 and 36.6 N-m in VC10-2 cavities without orientation restrictions, ensuring versatile application across various hydraulic systems.
