The Hydraforce 5613407.M186 (5613407.M186) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. Designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits, this valve offers fast response and low hysteresis. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design includes features such as non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, and it has a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. Additionally, it provides rapid and smooth responses to pressure changes and comes in an industry-common size for easy integration into existing systems.
