The Hydraforce 5613301 (5613301) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. It is specifically designed to serve as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which in turn shifts the main (second stage) spool, thereby opening the flow from port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops that prevent springs from becoming solid.
