The Hydraforce 5613164 (5613164) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV10-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a sufficient level to activate the piloting relief, subsequently allowing the main spool to shift and opening port 1 to port 2. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out, with adjustment options A, B, and C providing positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
