The Hydraforce 5613002.33 (5613002.33) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for high-demand hydraulic circuits requiring rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This model, known as the RV50-26X, effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open the flow path between the two ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from reaching a solid state and ensuring durability through hardened spool and cage components. The RV50-26X provides a rapid and smooth response to pressure changes and is designed with an industry-common size for versatile application in various hydraulic systems.
