The Hydraforce 5612656P (5612656P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in common hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat. This feature ensures rapid response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, low pressure rise, and minimal internal leakage. The valve's design includes adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height regardless of pressure setting modifications. The hardened poppet and cage enhance longevity, while optional spring ranges extend up to 345 bar (5000 psi), accommodating various operational needs. Its industry-common cavity allows for seamless integration into existing systems.
