The Hydraforce 5612637V.M40 (5612637V.M40) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuit protection. Known as the xrvd50-20x, this valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 exceeds a certain threshold, causing the poppet to unseat. It is engineered to provide quick response to load changes in systems where low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage are critical. The valve features an adjustment mechanism that remains stable during pressure setting changes and cannot be inadvertently backed out. It includes a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Its rapid response to pressure fluctuations and compatibility with industry-common cavities make it a versatile component in hydraulic applications.
