The Hydraforce 5612609P (5612609P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. Known as the XRV50-20X, this component effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. It offers rapid response to load changes, making it suitable for applications demanding low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. Notably, the valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and maintains a consistent adjuster height even when altering the pressure setting. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it ensures durability and long service life. The valve supports optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and is compatible with industry-standard cavities, providing flexibility in various hydraulic systems.
