The Hydraforce 5612606V (5612606V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in hydraulic circuits. This model, known as the XRVd50-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. The valve is engineered for rapid response to load changes in systems that require minimal hysteresis, low pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. Notably, adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, ensuring stability in pressure settings without altering the height of the adjuster. It features a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Additionally, it fits industry-common cavities, making it versatile for various applications where quick adaptation to pressure changes is critical.
