The Hydraforce 5612596V (5612596V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for hydraulic circuit protection as a pressure limiting device. This model, known as the XRVd50-20x, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat. This mechanism ensures rapid response to load changes in circuits that demand low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notably, adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, and the height of the adjuster remains constant when adjusting the pressure setting. The valve features a hardened poppet and cage for extended durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). Its design includes an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems.
