The Hydraforce 5612585 (5612585) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. Known as the XRVd50-20X, this valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat. It is engineered for rapid response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and an adjuster height that remains constant when adjusting the pressure setting. The valve's hardened poppet and cage ensure durability and long service life. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems.
