The Hydraforce 5612573P (5612573P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It provides rapid response to load changes, making it ideal for circuits that require low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. The design ensures that adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve and maintains a consistent adjuster height when changing the pressure setting. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, it promises long-lasting durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and fits an industry-common cavity for versatile application across various hydraulic systems.
