The Hydraforce 5612563NC (5612563NC) is a screw-in, cartridge-style direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed as a pressure limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the XRV50-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered for fast response to load changes and excels in applications requiring low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and an adjuster height that remains constant when adjusting the pressure setting. The valve's design incorporates a hardened poppet and cage for extended durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), ensuring rapid response to pressure changes within an industry-common cavity.
