The Hydraforce 5612562.M50 (5612562.M50) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed to function as a pressure limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the xrvd50-20x, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to move the poppet off its seat. The valve is engineered for rapid response to load changes in circuits that demand low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notably, the adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, and the height of the adjuster remains constant regardless of pressure setting changes. The product features a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). It also fits an industry-common cavity, facilitating ease of integration into existing systems.
