The Hydraforce 5612561VC.15 (5612561VC.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. Known as the XRVd50-20X, this valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the poppet off its seat, providing rapid response to load changes in circuits that require low hysteresis, low pressure rise, and minimal internal leakage. Notably, adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve, and the adjuster's height remains unchanged when adjusting the pressure setting. The valve features a hardened poppet and cage for extended durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi). It is designed with an industry-common cavity for versatile application across various hydraulic systems.
