The Hydraforce 5612545P.M250 (5612545P.M250) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve with an integrated reverse flow check valve. This device is engineered to function as a pressure limiter and regulator in challenging hydraulic circuits that demand fast response, low hysteresis, minimal leakage, and low pressure override capabilities, along with reverse free flow features. The RVCV56-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge to port 2. In reverse flow scenarios, fluid moves from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the value set by the check spring. The valve can handle a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1.
