The Hydraforce 5612542P.50 (5612542P.50) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve with an integrated reverse flow check valve. Designed for demanding hydraulic circuits, this device serves as a pressure limiter and regulator, providing fast response times, low hysteresis, minimal leakage, and low pressure override capabilities. It effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, at which point relief flow discharges to port 2. Additionally, reverse flow is facilitated from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports surpasses the check spring value. The RVCV56-20X model can handle a maximum pressure of 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1 and features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve nor allow springs to go solid.
