The Hydraforce 5612540P.M400 (5612540P.M400) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve featuring a reverse flow check valve. It is designed for use as a pressure limiter and regulator in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, low pressure override, and reverse free flow capabilities. The RVCV56-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a threshold that displaces the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge to port 2. Additionally, it facilitates reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the check spring value. This valve can withstand a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1.
