The Hydraforce 5612499 (5612499) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type relief valve designed for hydraulic circuit protection by limiting pressure. The XRV50-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. This feature allows it to respond quickly to load changes in systems that require low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and low internal leakage. Notably, the valve's adjustment mechanism is designed so that it cannot be backed out and does not alter the adjuster's height when setting pressure levels. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, this valve ensures durability and long service life. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), facilitating rapid response to pressure variations within an industry-common cavity.
